The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on Tuesday commenced sitting in Bauchi to check out fifty five defaulters who have violated various provisions of the Code of Conducts Bureau and Tribunal Act.
In his brief remarks, Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar, stated the tribunal was once sitting in Bauchi State for the primary time.
He promised that every one circumstances could be treated dispassionately in order to guaranteeing that justice was executed to all defaulters.
He called for the cooperation of every person to be certain the soft conduct of affairs.
Ibrahim Al-hassan, Head of Press and Public Relations of the CCT, said that the sitting would last 4 days, and that the defaulters were political appointees, para-military personnel as good as Federal, State and local govt civil servants working within the state.
Giving a brief run-down of record of those to be docked, he said 18 were political appointees,10 cops, four NDLEA personnel, one Customs officer and 22 career civil servants working with the nearby, State and Federal Governments.
He then informed defaulters invited to appear before the tribunal and shield the fees brought against them.
