The viral photo above purports a migrant seeking transit to the Europe through Libya was roasted alive by Libyans.
As shared on Facebook by former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, some of the migrants are believed to have been sold into slavery, tortured or worked to death by Libyans.
This is the latest in the series of ugly slave trade reports to emanate from the North African country.
Fani-Kayode wrote, “Roasted alive! This is what Libyans do to sub-saharan Africans who are looking for a transit point to Europe.
“They sell them into slavery and either murder, mutilate, torture or work them to death.
“All this yet not a word of condemnation from President Muhammadu Buhari or other African leaders.”
